1. Remove tablet from the empty bottle.
2. Fill with room-temperature water to the MAX fill line.
3. Unwrap tablet, place in bottle, reattach lid, and allow to fully dissolve.
4. Press pump until foam appears.
5. Apply foam generously to silicone sheeting only — not skin.
6. Rinse sheeting thoroughly with water.
7. Air dry completely before reapplying.
